This term Mixed Martial Arts describes systems that incorporate Wrestling/Grappling, Striking and Submission. Through practice in a classroom environment we learn how to use the human body effectively, economically and efficiently. We aim to strengthen our students from the inside out. We arm them with knowledge, strength, fitness and awareness. We search for constant improvement no matter how big or small.
