Dr. Victoria Galbraith provdides a safe and confidential setting for you to discuss and explore your difficulties. She is trained to neither judge nor advise you, but to explore and unlock your feelings, which may have been hidden for years. Victoria has experience of applying psychological theories to her counselling practice and provides psychological therapy for various difficulties, including the effects of childhood sexual abuse; relationship breakdown; domestic violence; major trauma; and/or symptoms of psychological disorder such as anxiety and depression, eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Victoria works exclusively with adults whereby she builds a collaborative relationship, with the aim of exploring underlying issues to empower individuals or couples to consider change.
The range of services provided are: Psychological therapy for individuals and couples; Online therapy - various packages; Life-Coaching; Clinical Supervision; Co-ordinator of training for the BPS Qualification in Counselling Psychology; Consultancy and Media appearances/ talking head.
